Creator Help Center
Clear, practical guidance for organizing content, using your Content Vault, publishing posts, and managing creator tools.
Build a creator business that stays organized.
This Creator Help Center contains practical FanScenes guides for preparing content, organizing files, using OneDrive, and reducing the amount of repeated work required whenever you publish or sell a video.
How to Organize Your Content
Create the main folder
Create one main folder named All Content.
Create a separate folder for every video
Inside All Content, create one folder for each video. If you have 50 videos, you should have 50 separate folders.
Number and name every video folder
Use the video number followed by its title, such as #1 – My First Test Video, #2 – Behind the Scenes, and #3 – Full Dance Video.
Keep every part of the video together
Each video folder should contain the trailer, full version, thumbnail, title, and description.
Use the same number in every filename
Include the video number in the folder name, title, thumbnail, trailer, and full-version filenames so everything stays connected.
Recommended folder example
All Content
└── #1 – My First Test Video
├── #1 Trailer – My First Test Video.mp4
├── #1 Full Version – My First Test Video.mp4
├── #1 Thumbnail – My First Test Video.jpg
└── #1 Title and Description.txt
This format makes every video easier to find, upload, review, publish, sell, and manage.
Upload Through FanScenes
Use My Content Organizer to prepare and upload each video package from one private creator workspace:
- Create a content package with the video number, title, description, private notes, category, planned price, and status.
- Save the package. FanScenes creates the matching numbered folder inside the creator's assigned OneDrive folder.
- Open Upload Through FanScenes — Direct to OneDrive and select the thumbnail, trailer, or full video.
- Keep the page open while the browser sends the file directly to Microsoft OneDrive in resumable chunks. Large videos do not pass through Hostinger or the WordPress Media Library.
- After the upload completes, confirm the package shows the correct thumbnail, trailer, and full-video status.
- Use the saved package in the Creator Feed, My Videos for Sale, or both. FanScenes reuses the existing OneDrive files instead of uploading duplicate copies.
Recommended publishing setup: Use the trailer or preview in the Creator Feed and use the full video in My Videos for Sale. The same package may be connected to both locations, and the Content Organizer will track both uses.
Upload Using OneDrive on Your Computer
This method sends the video from the creator's computer directly to Microsoft OneDrive. The large file does not pass through FanScenes hosting.
Save the content package first
Open My Content Organizer, enter the content number and title, and save the package so FanScenes creates the exact numbered OneDrive folder.
Open the folder FanScenes created
Use Open OneDrive Folder from the saved package. Do not create a second numbered folder or rename the folder outside FanScenes.
Add the shared folder to OneDrive
When needed, open the shared creator folder in OneDrive online and choose Add shortcut to My files so it appears in the OneDrive desktop application.
Open OneDrive in File Explorer
On Windows, open File Explorer, select OneDrive, and open only the assigned FanScenes creator folder and the numbered package folder created by FanScenes.
Copy the files into the numbered folder
Add the thumbnail, trailer, and full version to that exact folder. Keep clear filenames so FanScenes can identify each file correctly.
Wait for OneDrive to finish syncing
Do not shut down the computer or move the files until the OneDrive icon confirms that syncing completed.
Refresh the package file status
Return to My Content Organizer and press Refresh File Status. FanScenes will detect the files already inside the numbered OneDrive folder without uploading them again.
Understand the OneDrive status icons
Be careful when deleting or moving files: changes made inside a synced shared folder can also change the cloud copy. Only work inside your assigned creator folder, and do not remove completed content unless you understand how it affects FanScenes.
Contact FanScenes Support
Include the content number, folder name, and a clear description of the problem. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or government identification.
